Distribution Policy

By becoming a produce shareholder of Common Ground Farm you are making a commitment for the growing season. This entitles you to a weekly share of the harvest for the duration of the season. Please understand, there are risks in farming that may be reflected in the yields of certain crops and that there is no guarantee of the exact amount of produce you will receive each week.

Distribution Pick-Up

There are two distribution pick-up options:

We ask that you choose ONE of these days for the duration of the farm season. It is very important to come on your committed day every week as our farmer must provide a fair share of the weekly harvest to everyone and does this by picking for the number of share members that are signed up for each day. With over 100 families, it is too complicated to move distribution days around from week to week. If you are going out of town or can’t pick up your share, ask a friend, neighbor or other farm member to pick up for you. If your share is not picked up, we will donate it to a local food bank.
