Maple Glazed Carrots
Ingredients:
7 medium carrots (about 1lb) sliced at an angle
2 tablespoon butter
1-2 tablespoon maple syrup
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Sea salt to taste
Directions:
In a steam basket over boiling water, steam carrots for 3-4 mins until they can be pierced with a fork.
Remove from heat and set aside. In a skillet, melt cinnamon butter over medium-low heat.
Add maple syrup and stir to mix. Add carrots to the skillet and stir until coated. Serve warm or cold.
