Ingredients: Roast Vegetable Panini

10 Cups Roasted Root Vegetables
20z 6x6 Rich’s Panini Flat Bread
40 oz Mozzarella Cheese

Roast vegetables
Top with 4oz of roasted vegetables
Top with 2 oz mozzarella cheese
Complete with top of bread
Toast in a panini press until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees and bread is toasted.
