Noodle Bowl
Ingredients:

20 lbs Linguine, Soba or Udon Noodles
8 lbs Frozen Chicken Strips
2 Quarts Broccoli Florets
1 Cup Grated Carrots (or Baby Carrots Chopped)
1 Quart Diced Zucchini
1⁄2 Cup Vegetable Oil
Cook noodles al dente
Toss with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and set aside.
In steamer oven, steam the broccoli, carrots, and zucchini until just tender. Warm chicken and sauce in the oven until it reaches 165 F.
Add vegetables to chicken and sauce, stirring to combine.
Serve chicken, vegetables and sauce over noodles.
If desired, replace chicken with edamame for a plant-based option.
Soy Ginger Sauce Ingredients and Directions:
2 Quarts Soy Sauce
2 Quarts Water
2 Cups White or Rice Vinegar
1 Quart Brown Sugar
1 Cup Cornstarch Dissolved in 2 Cups of Water
1⁄3 Cup Fresh Grated Ginger
Over medium heat, combine all ingredients and warm until they have
reached a simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat once the sauce has
thickened.
